Is Freelancing the future ?
Do you know what’s freelancing??? It’s a trade of time, expertise, and effort for money (basically time for money).
There are tons of marketplaces out there like UPWORK, FREELANCER.com, TRUELANCER, FIVERR, and the list goes on and on. So, they have designed their own Schema of how freelancing can be made possible for an individual.
Freelancing is really changing the way businesses run and the way people earn money. It’s crazy to know that the US has 36% of the workforce as freelancers and 15 million freelancers live in India and they’ve aided the expansion of startups tremendously. And the best part is these figures are continuously increasing.
Google has already laid the test version of its own app (Kormo Jobs) for entry-level jobs. So, this market is expanding and it’s expected to boom real soon.
So, I suggest we make a move in this direction because this might be the right time.
Now, how’re we going to do it. Different organizations have designed it their way. So, it’s our own freedom to design, experiment, and learn how this is going to work.
