A lot of things that you have mentioned Felipe Sbravate are so true for an early age startup.
Almost everything has to be ready on yesterday and to be shipped today. This doesn’t leave room for research, re-work or even a much planned work. Things have to move fast and creativity has to just kick in on time.
As a Product Owner wearing the designing hat this has always been really challenging for me. It’s almost a Gholum-like scenario where in there are different voices in my head.
Where the designer self would cry, deadlines kill creativity and the POs voice rephrasing with constraints drive creativity.
Fail early and learn quickly is the mantra!
Kudos for the piece :)
