Every day we hear our personal partner — inner voice. This partner can be both helpful and harmful. And the way this partner behave is built by our thoughts.

People rarely think about it as about something under their control. Furthermore, our inner voice has such a vast power that it can affect our reactions.

What if I say that you can completely change the way you react and become a much stronger person?

Fear of looking stupid

A massive number of people who feel you, do not attract your attention. Our mind is focused on those who are indifferent to us.

The primary life risk is the risk of looking like an idiot when something goes wrong. A lot of people are more motivated to not look like losers, rather than the desire to live a happy life.

A massive amount of people are afraid to try something new because of this fear. Mentally compare themselves with others, “they already know how, and I’ll be among them so ridiculous and stupid.”

Many people do not go to the gym because it’s scary to be in a stretched T-shirt and awkwardly sitting pants, panting, wriggling under the light weights, and it seems that all these chiseled, pumped-up people from among experienced athletes glance sideways and create inconspicuous sarcastic grins.

I think that effective ways to cope with this fear are just training self-help skills and the ability to ask for help and support from others and take it.

Positive thinking

Positive thinking is one of the symbols of self-improvement.

There are many advantages of positive thinking.

Any person who is serious about personal growth and working on oneself must and must practice thinking positively.

Contrary to delusions, to think positively is not to look at the world through rose-colored glasses or to fool yourself, thinking that everything is fine when in reality there is total chaos.

Positive thinking is not blind optimism!

To think positively is rather to be resourceful, to be able to remain positive, even in difficult times and crises; have the iron willpower, so as not to lose heart.

A positively charged person sees things as they are, but with the difference that no matter how complicated the situation, he remains tuned to development and success.

That is calm and at the same time deeply convinced that everything will be resolved, despite the difficult situation. This is where the most significant advantages of positive thinking manifest themselves.

There are many reasons to take positive thinking seriously and practice daily.

Affirmation

Affirmations are formulas of auto-suggestion that help a person adjust their consciousness to a positive wave. With their help, you can speed up the process of fulfilling desires. The main thing is to follow specific rules for compiling and applying these magic formulas.

Affirmations are thoughts that a person thinks consciously. When doing affirmations, you also need to control the form of these ideas, that is, exactly how they are expressed.

Such thoughts affect not so much the consciousness, but the subconscious. They set the mind on precisely that development of events, which is expressed in a concrete affirmation.

The meaning of using affirmations is to inspire the brain with positive thoughts and thereby supersede negative thoughts that are foretold by sad events.

It is essential to understand that the use of affirmations has nothing to do with how things are at the moment. Moreover, affirmations are most needed for a person precisely during a period of failure.

Also, affirmations, which are regularly repeated, trigger the mechanism of the work of the universe, which is called the law of attraction. Napoleon Hill talks about it in his book “Think and Grow Rich.”

The essence of the law of attraction is that if a person continually visualizes something, the whole universe will help him achieve his goal.
