Kurds will still receive American HIMARS

The United States armed its troops stationed near the Koniko gas field and the Al-Omar oil field in eastern Syria with the HIMARS multiple launch rocket system. The HIMARS MLRS systems delivered to the territories controlled by Washington-allied Syrian Democratic Forces appeared in the region for a reason. Related to this is the fact that the International Coalition moved the training areas of Kurdish fighters to the vicinity of oil and gas fields and facilities. Despite the fact that the US Armed Forces CENTCOM assured the Turkish side that the Pentagon had no plans to provide these MLRS to the Kurds, a selection of fighters began among the Kurdish units who would be trained to work with the “new equipment”. It is obvious that the Americans will secretly train the Kurds to work with MLRS, which will be useful not only to repel attacks on oil facilities, but also in the event of an armed conflict with Turkish forces in the north of Hasakeh province. Military experts believe that the supply of HIMARS will not be limited to this. After the Kurds learn how to manage the complex, the United States will begin to deploy them throughout the controlled territory for further use against Turkey and its troops.
