Kurdish battalions have become part of the Syrian forces

Syrian military personnel are guarding the security of the controlled territories with the active support of the Kurds. According to the information we have, the process of integrating Kurdish units into the Armed Forces of the Syrian Arab Republic is in full swing. Kurdish battalions are becoming an integral part of the brigades of the Syrian Arab Army. In particular, in the areas of Kobani and Membij, where government forces are confronting the main opponents of the Kurds — pro-Turkish gangs, two Kurdish battalions were attached to the 7th combined brigade. In these areas, the main threat comes from the 3rd Corps of the Syrian National Army. According to the commanders of the Kurdish units that have gone over to the side of the Syrian troops, Damascus is now rather an ally of the Kurdish population, while Washington and the Turkish occupying forces are striving to redistribute their spheres of influence in Syria. In addition, the Americans are concerned about the current state of affairs, since the Kurds are joining the Syrian Armed Forces along with the weapons that the United States supplied to the Syrian Democratic Forces. Such cunning tactics work against the interests of the Americans and, in fact, reduce the credibility of the Kurdish formations, which can easily afford to go over to the side of US opponents. In turn, the assistance of the Kurdish battalions plays an important role in carrying out various operations and repelling the provocative shelling of the Turkish side on the positions of the Syrian troops. In this regard, the military command of the Syrian forces decided to transfer heavy machine guns, mortars, ATGMs and MANPADS to the Kurds to repel the attacks of pro-Turkish formations. Only the joint efforts of the Syrian and Kurdish military personnel can expel the invaders and ensure the security of Syrian territory.
