Importance of Plantation

ONE, TWO, THREE Lets plant the Tree. Trees are called the lungs of the nature. Importance of plants can not be overlooked, as it provide us with the most important element of life. Guess what?

If your answer is Oxygen then you are right.No one can imagine the existence of life on the Earth without trees. As trees absorb carbon dioxide and give off oxygen. They are essential for combating the global warming effects being created by excess carbon dioxide generation.

According to the Experts, at least one-forth of the area of a country must have forests. The tragedy is that we are bent upon cutting trees that were planted by our senior generations. It is very Common sight that every other day numerous trees are being felled, sometimes to expand the road or sometime to construct buildings.Sometime we cut down trees to get timber. Whatever the reason is,this practice is highly deplorable.The more painful aspect of the picture is that none of us is ever ready to think of their replacement.

Trees are the ornaments of the Environment. They beautify the earth and turn the desert into an earthly paradise. They provide natural adobe to birds and animal. They provide them with food and shelter.They keep the stream of life running. Trees are friends of humanity and share our feeling and mood. They encourage us to live among hardships and struggle for hardships.

Why we need to plant Trees?

We need to plants trees because they produce oxygen, clean the soil, Control the Noise pollution, slow down the storm water run-off, provide us shade, decreases the weather temperature and make it pleasant, Act as wind-barkers, Fight with soil Erosion, Increase property Value and Provide shelter to many of wild animals and birds….etc.
