1. What is a board in Azure DevOps ?

Azure boards is one of the main service of azure devops which is used in a project to

1. track the work with kanban board
2. work with backlog
3. Team dashboard
4. reporting

Azure boards provides drag and drop features to updated kanban board

Azure boards are fully compatible with scrum.

AZURE BOARDS USED IN :-

1. managing and tracking work
2. it provides clear picture of work done/doing by team member
3. you can give access of board to you stakeholder allow him to see the progress of your development.
4. manage your product backlog
5. get different type of reports.

WHO WILL WORK ON AZURE BOARD ?

1)The Team

2) devlopment team will work on managing their work(tasks ,stories , bug ,etc)

3) PO will responsible to manage backlog.

4) stakeholders will work to see the status of what team is doing.

5) Scrum master will work on azure board to get the diffrent types of reports and used to the progress of team
