My 3 Steps to Positivity

I know and you know, life can be tough. Whether it be because of money, health, relationships, or the thousands of other things that can cause negativity to invade your headspace, it’s a fight to stay positive.

I’ve experienced all those things. Recently, I was very ill. I wasn’t sure I would make it to the top of the transplant list, but I refused to be negative. I knew that negativity would only make me feel worse. So I pulled up my big-girl panties and made up a short list of reminders that kept me on the bright side.
