Custom Themes

We believe that the best conversations happen in the most personalized spaces, and we want to give you the tools to make Sakura feel like your own. This new feature will let you tailor the visual experience to your liking, making your interactions even more enjoyable.

• Color Themes: Choose from a variety of color themes to personalize your Sakura interface.
• Chat Customization: Modify chat bubbles and font for a tailored chat experience.
• Background Patterns/Images: Utilize custom patterns or images as your chat background.

We believe these new options will add a fresh, personal touch to your experience on Sakura. We can’t wait to see the unique and creative ways you’ll utilize these features to make Sakura your own!

Advanced Character Customization

We’re thrilled to introduce more advanced customization features to enhance your AI chat experience. We’ve revamped the character settings button and divided it into three separate tabs:

• Character Settings: This tab retains all the previous features you love, but we’ve added more! You can now customize the Description, Scenario, and Persona of each character. This enables you to add a personal touch to the character beyond their original design by the creator.
• Chat Settings: We’ve introduced chat-specific memories in this tab, which are separate from character memories. These memories are unique to each chat with a character, enabling you to have different contexts and histories across different chats with the same character.
• Overall Settings: We’ve added a the new Response length modifier. This tool allows you to adjust the length of the character’s responses, giving you more control over the flow of your conversations.

Character Previews

We’re excited to introduce “Character Previews”, a feature specifically designed for our mobile users. We understand that browsing characters and choosing who to chat with is a crucial part of the Sakura experience. With the new Character Previews, you can see key details about a character at a glance before deciding to engage in a conversation.

Quality of Life

We’ve also added a few smaller quality of life upgrades.

• Block Creators: This feature empowers you to block certain creators, in case you prefer not to see their characters.
• Mango Model: We’ve made Mango, our new and improved model, the default for all users, providing longer responses and better interaction.
• Model Instructions: We’ve added a new Model Instructions section, in which you can now give the AI specific instructions for your characters. For example: “always use long sentences” or “always use British spelling”.

Introducing the Content Creator Program

The final announcement for today is the launch of our exciting new initiative: the Content Creator Program. This program is designed to encourage and recognize members of our community who are passionate about Sakura and eager to share their unique perspectives and experiences.

Anyone can participate! Whether you create content on TikTok, YouTube, or Reddit, you can create and share your story about Sakura. After creating your content, simply post it in the #community-content channel on our Discord server.

As a token of our appreciation for your contributions, content creators will receive an exclusive purple “Content Creator” badge. This badge will not only be displayed on our Discord server but also on our website, allowing your efforts to be recognized across our community. We can’t wait to see the creative, insightful, and engaging content our community members will produce!
