Practicing happiness to boost your success

Our happiness depends upon our success. If we are internally satisfied we will automatically be happy. If we are not satisfied we will not be happy at any cost. Try to learn be positive. Our actions depend upon our thoughts. It is a saying:

“We never live a positive life with a negative mind”

So, it’s true that if a person have negative mind cannot live a positive life. Here, I am going to tell you about my personal story.

failure Time:

In my Fsc I work very hard. I was a hardworking and passionate student. But unfortunately, I got 430/520 marks in first year. But, I never lose hope. I fought with my issues and work harder and harder. Even I was facing the health issues but still open the book and study day and night.Even I got 470/520 marks in second year but Unfortunately, I didn’t get admission in UET(university of engineering and technology . At that time I was fighting with myself, negative thoughts surrounded my mind. I was blaming myself I was blaming my luck. I consider myself unlucky. My fellows got admission,but i not. i did not loose my hope


But, in that year despite fighting with myself I learn many things. I learn that if I want to be happy I will happy. If I want to be sad than I will sad. So, it’s up to me. Then at that time I realize I will be happy if I think all the positive and good things life give to me. Life gave me many things on which I will be very grateful. Ups and downs are a part of life.

Happiest Period:

After that period, I become a new boy with new mindset. By the grace of Allah I got admission in next year in uet lahore by getting good marks in entry test. I was bit confused bu feel relaxed because i have wasted my one year. Now, I am happy and satisfied from my life. But one thing I want to say is life is very unpredictable. If you want to be happy stay positive and optimistic.

By practicing these tips I feel very relaxed and happy. I feel internal happiness by showing gratitude to my loved ones. As our loved ones do many things for us but sometimes we feel shy to express our feelings but by using these tips and I practice gratitude literally I feel very happy and I have no words to describe my feelings.

By practicing Random Acts of Kindness the feeling of happiness which arises inside our just speechless. I enjoyed a lot by practicing these tips and feel very relax, comfortable, happy, positive and optimistic.
