IMO, what all these Martech companies need to do is make it easier to use the stuff. Scratch that. Make it “possible to use.” Unless you’re a full-time specialist, good luck being able to do anything useful with Hubspot, InfusionSoft, or any of the others. They’re all great products with superb capabilities, but they’re complicated as hell, and only for professionals, not business owners.
