Thank You! Big Ideas from Our Community in the Summer ’15 Release

Celebrating our community members — customers, partners and developers — is something we love to do, especially when they have made an impact on our company and product! We are kicking off a fun campaign to do just that: recognize our community members for making a difference to our product.

The Salesforce IdeaExchange is our community-driven innovation hub where community members can suggest and vote on product enhancements they’d like to see us develop. It’s where the power of our customers and our focus on their success come together to positively influence our product roadmap.

In coming weeks, we’ll be sending out tweets recognizing various community members for submitting Ideas to the IdeaExchange that made it into our product roadmap! Be on the lookout as one of them might be you! Big or small, all Ideas matter, and we’re listening!

We know there are MANY ideas on our IdeaExchange that have not yet made it on our roadmap yet. But never fear, we are working hard to pick off as many ideas as we can by working closely with our product leaders and their teams. We are committed to you, our passionate community, and we ask that you have patience with us as we prioritize all these great ideas!

We put together a helpful blog post and infographic that helps explain how an idea goes from creation to implementation. We also have definitions for all the statuses an idea takes on throughout its lifetime. Here’s a complete list of the status definitions.

We are constantly striving to make the IdeaExchange the most trusted and transparent community resource possible, so please never hesitate to reach out to us on the Success Community with thoughts, suggestions, and ideas to help us get there.
