Passwords
Password Manager
Wow. Shocking stuff to find how many passwords I actually have. It’s not possible. But it is real. Sure, there are multiple accounts and I have lots of accounts in the some of the same companies, but — wow, 600+ passwords. If they were all individual items, that’s like giving 600 people you have never met all of your details. I wouldn’t do that in real life, but there we go. It’s IT.
We have been playing with password managers in the office and we think that the only choice is dashlane.
Dashlane, runs across all my environments, syncs and works with all browsers.
Slick product, and works well overall. Except it sometimes autofills and logs in. This is a user error. dashlane.com is where you need to go and actually — it’s worth the premium price — don’t think about not paying for the premium.
I am not affiliated to dashlane in anyway whatsoever. I tell you this as a user only. The above mentioned company does not ask me to endorse the product, nor do I have any association to them in anyway, other than I am a user.
I will give them 5 stars.
