LinkedIn Advanced Search — The AND Modifier

The first thing we want to talk about when it comes to LinkedIn’s modifiers. These modifiers are uppercase AND, uppercase OR, uppercase NOT. First of all, in order for this work, they must be in uppercase. You cannot have a capital a, and then lowercase n, and then lowercase d. It will just not work that way.

What happens is, LinkedIn when you’re using this modifier and, and searching for two terms that need to be together. For example, I have bracket, or quotations around Vice President, saying I want to find Vice Presidents Sales and Marketing. It’s going to bring back results for people that are Vice Presidents of Sales and Marketing.
