I’m An Ex-Google Woman Tech Leader And I’m Sick Of Our Approach To Diversity!
Vidya Narayanan

Hi Vidya

This is an important point of concern to all. I agree with your view much as you do. We need to educate people in accepting the fact of women empowerment. And also encourage the local bodies to be more active in promoting the view you discussed. Look its not that women are not capable to do the job rightly. But people are mind locked to be hiring more men due to many reasons like going out to meet people or clients, travel etc., and on the other hand they take the consideration of the womens pregnancy, looks, office affairs, and the list goes on and on. This is where we need to break the ice. I support women empowerment too. I personally feel women should take the place of men equally. The mentality needs to be changed thats it.
