They say, youth is the power of generation and thus has proved the youth Champion Awardee, Manoj Padaiyachi. A young aspirant from Ahmedabad, India is all set to bring the change and set an exemplary and inspiring example for his coevals.

With his best endeavors in influencing and inspiring the youth, he has worked as an influencer for brands like Truecaller, Fastrack, Hike, Maggi, Cadbury, ZoomIN, Viber, Microsoft etc. He is also the mentor of Change at Atal Innovation Mission, an initiative of Government of India.

And, today for most of our fortune, we have got an opportunity to interview this power packed 22 years aged youth, a founder and President of Wealth Foundation, who is striving really hard for the social awareness and women empowerment, which let us get into his books, know more about his personality and what more he is going to bring to the table for our nation.

How was your journey to Youth Champion award and how it has affected you as an Influencer?

It is absolutely fabulous. I have always believed in giving something valuable back to this nation, right from my school days. I have learned a lot and learning more. It has made a better human. It has definitely helped me in a positive way, I’m happy that I’m able to influence in the right direction.

Who are the micro-influencers followers, and how engaged is their audience?

One doesn’t need lakhs of followers to be an Influencer, and micro influencers are these ones. They are the everyday people whom the audience can trust and engage with. Their audience is the ones who feel to engage highly.

What kind of content does the influencer like you produce?

It depends on the influencers. I believe and produce the content with motivates and inspires the youths in the real sense.

What would you do differently if you were starting in your industry now?

Haha, I am already doing things differently.

Which people or books have had the most influence on your growth and why?

MS Dhoni, Virat Kohli, and AR Rahman. Each person’s life has influenced me deeply and differently and helped me to stay focused. I am even surrounded by the people who influence me in a Positive way.

What would you say is the #1 key to success in your platform/work?

Be real, genuine and have the courage to do things differently in your terms.

Talk about the biggest failure you’ve had. What did you learn from it?

I wouldn’t say those as failures, rather I would say it as learnings. Learnings can never be the biggest or smallest. I got to know about the weaknesses and to work much harder on those.

How are you able to do so many things at such a young age?

Passion, focus and dedication.

What keeps you going when things get tough?

Better vision, Positivity and knowing that things can change.

What are your goals? Where do you see yourself 3 years from now?

My goals are my Family, work and spreading the love. It revolves around them. I see myself with more responsibilities, love, passion, energy, and enthusiasm than now.
