Thanks for sharing this. Reading about hypomania as I’m experiencing it is so helpful, but I fear the loss of the joy I’m feeling. I try, I really do try to remember how I got out of my last round of depression so I can do the same thing and be done with it. But I can’t. I journal when I’m depressed and my journal is full of doubts, fear, anger, self-scoldings, etc. But, when I feel better, I don’t write because I want to use my time to do all the things I didn’t do during the depression. Anyway, my response is YES. Yes, put those notes together and share them. I just clicked on the Follow button. Thank you for sharing.
