BTW the “free Facebook” - that is, Net not-neutrality - is happening everywhere: see GoSmart mobile in USA that offers 4g Facebook access for free on all its plans; and Wind in Greece and Italy that do the same (Facebook access doesn’t count toward the data-packs you have in your plan)
