Umair, the problem today is society does not want leadership, they want a nanny state. They don’t want a leader who leads. What is needed for a leader to be effective is for others to “follow.” This takes effort. Modern American society does not want to exert effort, they want handouts. Leaders are not what people want, they want a system that promises free stuff. That is how we have ended up here to begin with.
