Meet the Inspiring Entrepreneur, Mr. Salvatore Virzi, from Italy
This past week we interviewed Salvatore Virzi Commercialista, a successful entrepreneur from Italy. We asked him about his hobbies, personal life, and area of interest. Here are the following questions that we asked him:
1. Mr. Virzi, tell us about your morning hack that you follow for a productive day.
I am an early bird and like to wake up early in the morning, like I get up around 5 am. After waking up, I exercise for at least half an hour, making me feel energetic. I sleep approximately 8–9 hours because when you have to work all day long, you require proper sleep, which is crucial to solving problems effectively.
2. Which is the latest book you read, and what lesson did you learn?
Salvatore Virzi Commercialista says the latest book that I read is Ikigai. The lesson that I learned from this book is that we should have a purposeful life also that we should have a social community that gives a sense of belongingness to us.
3. What is your favorite destination that you love to visit?
I get significantly less time to travel. But if you ask me where I love to go, then it is Japan. It is my favorite holiday destination because they have a variety of delicious cuisines, several historical places we can visit, and many recreational activities. In addition, sometimes, when I want a refreshing experience, I love to visit Sydney; there, I love to have long walks near the beaches.
4. Describe any three things which have contributed to your success.
The three things that have contributed to my success are:
- Having an adequate amount of sleep and starting my day early.
- Don’t delay things if you think you want to do them, then go on.
- Do proper research before planning something new, whether starting a business from scratch.
5. Do you feel someone without skills can’t develop a successful business starting from scratch?
Salvatore Virzi Commercialista says everyone has a unique skill in them, and maybe sometimes they don’t know it, but it is always good to try things with proper research and planning. Some people may lack technical skills but can do good in other things, so each person has a talent that they can apply in their life.
6. Name one person who has had an enormous influence on you.
That one person is my wife, Calogera Malaponti. We have been together for around 20 years, and she supported me when I started sharing my vision with her. She has always motivated me to achieve goals in my life. She has lifted me whenever I felt low. It is essential to share your dreams with your partner because they will always be with you to sail through that phase in difficult times.
7. What is success according to you?
In my opinion, success is if you spend your life the way you always wanted to, then you are successful. I have also achieved success because I am living life the way I always wanted to live.
