Cashback offer:
1,500 customers will receive 50% cashback (up to a maximum of £10) for the first order they place via the Papa John’s website, www.papajohns.co.uk between 24–30 January 2020. The order must be paid for with a Flux-linked Monzo or Starling bank card. Payments made using a Visa Checkout wallet, Amazon Pay, or Paypal will not be eligible for cashback.
When is the cashback offer available?
The offer is running from 00:00 on Friday 24th January 2020 to 11:59 PM on Thursday 30th January 2020. The offer is available for any collection or delivery order made via the Papa John’s website in the United Kingdom using their website. The order must be made after midnight on 24th January 2020.
The offer is only available for Starling Bank or Monzo Bank customers who have activated Flux within their related banking app. You must have the Flux service switched on before placing an order to use the offer and have an active internet connection for the device linked to your banking app in order to receive your cashback reward.
How do I get the cashback?
This is a limited offer and the Promoters reserve the right to limit this offer at any time.
The offer applies solely to the first Papa John’s online order paid for with a Flux-linked bank account, and the maximum cashback value any individual order can earn for this offer is £10.
Customers must have Flux activated in their banking app before placing an order with Papa John’s. Orders placed before Flux is activated will not be eligible for cashback.
The prize is non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be sold on for financial gain. Cashback will be refunded back to the same account used to make payment and will be received within 24 hours.

General
If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the competition.
The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize where it becomes necessary to do so.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Liability
Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter and Papa John’s, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
