In Personal drop? What is this? we can fill our application online, save time and effort as technology made everything quite easy. Why one should go impersonally. So here is an answer, although technology made most of thing easy for us but still physical appearance hold more importance like if somebody send us online invitation and other one came to us for inviting us. Which one caught your attention more obviously, the person who came to you personally that shows you hold importance, same case applies to you in personal drop it shows you are keen and passionate and this job has meaning for you. When you put all the efforts to make your Resume or Cover Letter remarkable so why you’re losing the chance to make your impression more prominent?

To complete this project, I went to Century Insurance Company. I took time first on phone call. I go there and have a nice chat with one of their employee of marketing department as HR manger was not there. It was good experience. I learned that there is an opportunity available in our market but most of us don’t know how to grab it and there is tough competition in the market as well because companies want best of best candidate.

As I am still a student and my bachelor’s degree is not completed yet, So I am not eligible to apply

The reason behind telling my experience is only make you motivate that you can drop your Resume or Cover Letter in person to show passion towards your dream company not matter either you are under graduate or graduate, it just varies from company to company policy.
