I agree with the spirit of the post but there is so much gray area that you gloss over. Entrepreneurship isn’t just the 7 social networks you listed (no other successful companies have been created?). It can be anyone who decides working for themselves is most fulfilling — as others have point out already. The unicorn-craze is the bigger problem that is clouding entrepreneurship. Very few people will create a billion dollar idea; fewer will build that product; and way fewer will execute on it. That is where I agree with you. But again, we shouldn’t label that entrepreneurship as if that’s the only type of entrepreneur that exists in the world.
