DISFIGURED HANDOUTS

In our recent video we spoke on the inability of the mixed income community initiative to solve poverty in the inner city. The Nationwide mixed income agenda promotes that higher income residents(most likely white people) will serve as role models, will provide the necessary resources and jobs for their low income neighbors.

Quite the contrary exist, in fact the culture clash between not only classes but white and black communities prevent any real relationship being made.

Culture Clashes are inevitable

Studies have shown that in a certain mixed income community high and low class residents interacted on average for 10 mins per year. Yet hundreds of millions of dollars are spent on these initiatives largely because the black communities asks for them. Meanwhile the only benefit they’ve offered that has worked is a slightly safer community.

We must demand solutions that built generational wealth and families

Too often those being oppressed the most in the black community have accepted the short end of what they thought appeared to be a great deal.

From medical experiments during slavery to the tuskegee experiments to the public housing crisis, the black community is still treated as if they’re 3/5th human. The horrors of the physical bondage of slavery has been substituted for social engineering experiments. Jay-z said it best on his American Gangster album, “They call it a project because its a project” in reference to the failure of public housing.

Demolition of failed housing project

Human lives are just seen as numbers, names on a list, to superficially appease and weaken america’s stigma of its historical racist wrongdoings. The more globalize our world becomes the more incompent charity white supremacy will give to appear better to foregin countries as if they’re solving their race problem. Tax paying citizens it is the governments job to render services to the people.

Who benefits from the black community being dependent on the government?

There is less likely of a chance of people challenging the government if they depend on them, to alleviate their woes. Granted centuries of white supremacy is responsible for these conditions today we can never expect a genuine gesture of philanthropy from the system that enslaved your ancestors, Haiti still owes Frances and other European nations who schemed and scrambled to control africans resources have not paid them a dime for colonizing them.

So why should we expect the America government to do so?. Initiatives such as mixed income on the surface may seem to help a select few but there is always an ulterior motive.

Cabrini Green housing projects in Chicago

In this case Rich income residents are closer to downtown which cities who implement this initiatives are banking on it being an economic hub. If the government wanted to truly eradicate the poverty they help caused they would create a system of generational wealth for black families rather than reward single parent mothers.

The black community has a codependency problem when it comes to government assistance that creates an interesting paradox. Inadvertently or not Hud and those involved are attempting to solve an issue they helped create while actually making it worse.

I ask you to put your Fake outrage aside if this article offends you. We must define the difference between begging for handouts that don’t empower us, stagnate our growth, and nourishes our desire to be dependent on the system that we despise and so often protest. We must begin a conversation where we properly channel our energy to demand accountability from the government while working together as a community to empower ourselves sans government involvement.

After all, isn’t that what the beauty of the constitution is when its followed? The lack of government intervention in our daily affairs?
