WOW Tuesday 7–12–16
5 minutes — Walk then slow jog
5 minutes — Jog — 9 minute pace
5 minutes — Jog — 8:15 pace
5 minutes — 10 jumping jacks / 10 burpees
5 minutes — 10 kettle bell swings / 10 jump squats
5 minutes — 10 push ups / 10 sit ups
5 minutes — 10 jump squats / 10 alternating lunges
5 minutes — 60 second plank hold / 10 up/down planks ( elbows to hands )
10 minutes — stretch
Take 1 minute break after the run and then after every 5 minute set.
