To me hiking is one of the most relaxing activities a person could do to let their mind wonder. One of my favorite things to do when the weather is nice out is find a park with a secluded trail and go for a long hike. There are just a few things you need to complete a hike and that is a good pair of boots or tennis shoes, a backpack, and a water bottle plus snacks. When you are exhausted and you finally reach your destination the thrill you receive when you look out and see what you have completed is amazing. Not only did you just receive a fantastic work out but, most of the time you get a breathtaking view of what you have just completed. It is an experience that I think everyone should have because of how rewarding it can be. Hiking is great for your mind and body and I encourage everyone to try it especially during this up coming fall season.
