It takes time to get your body back after baby delivery, but it’s not hard. You may be forced to buy new clothes because you can’t fit to your previous clothes. To lose the belly requires effort and dedication. Most of the stretching occurs at the abdomen, the tummy appears as a balloon, and you would feel uncomfortable. Below are the tips to help you to lose belly fat fast.

Regular Exercise

Although having gentle exercise after birth is not good for your overall health, but will help to lose belly fat over a short time. Doctors recommend starting light exercise after postnatal check. Do push-ups, triceps dips, triceps extension, crunches, squats high knees and jumping jacks at regular intervals. Take a walk in the park during the evening, and you will be relieved of stress and enjoy the fresh air. You can walk 1–3 Km; it will improve your physical and mental well-being.

Eat healthy

Avoid eating food that made you gain weight during pregnancy. Eat fresh fruits and vegetables and food that contain vitamin C and iron. They will also increase milk production. Avoid snacks and spices because you will increase belly fat rather than losing it. Substitute your diet with proteins, proteins boost metabolism, suppresses appetite and reduce intake of calories.

Breastfeed your baby

It’s good for you and your baby. Breastfeeding causes you to lose belly fat as early to six months after delivery, but it may be challenging to experience weight lose within the first three months. It causes the uterus to shrink to its normal size after birth and burnout calories. Breastfeeding also boosts your baby immunity, and your child grows healthy and big. You may lose weight fast than mothers who bottle-feed their babies.

It’s possible to lose belly fat within the first six months after delivery. However, it is essential to understand your lifestyle and body requirements, and it affects your baby health. You may dedicate time and have the patience to effective lose belly fat
