“Branding is based on authenticity”, best thing I’ve read all day! That’s the number one thing that I have to get across to people I work with.
It’s not about selling an image of how you want to be perceived as a company. It’s about communicating who you actually are as a company. It has to be real.
People don’t want your product, they can get that at any of the 12 other juice bars in town. What they really want is connection to your story! And authenticity is how that happens.
