Only in my mind

At the risk of sounding like like a total douche, I still must say that granting yourself access to that special place, anytime, anywhere, is possible.

I got the master keys to my special place only after I was able to determine the source of my depression/insecurities. I think therapy (with a professional or self-therapy) is important and it starts with understanding yourself as deeply as possible, which, I think, starts with understanding what makes you “you”.

Star with your childhood by looking at your parents/up-bringers and what made them “them”. That’s what I did, at least.
