I want to keep on pushing the ❤️ for this article. Thank you so much for sharing this! 👏🏼 I personally think a lot about the ‘what have I accomplished this day’ topic. For me, I start by wrting down 4 tasks on Post-it Notes that I will try to accomplish that day each morning. I put them together in a square. By doing this I prioritize the tasks. Then I start with the upper left one, then the upper right one and so on. This helps me a lot to become focused and feel what I accomplished that day by peeling of one Post-it Note after the other.
