If you’re worried about Facebook hosting news content… you’re already dead.
Will Federman

I have one little worry as a result of something happening on fb: I made a sarcastic comment on facebook which had me flagged and kicked off fb for 24 hours and unable to comment for a week. What does that say about my access to content? What does it say about access of readers to content? Who controls it is no longer in the hands of a publisher but a for-profit corporation? A corporation which has no interest in freedom of press as it has shown again and again. In this way posting content on fb is in violation of journalistic values and principles. Which makes that content posted interesting, probably well written, but not necessarily truth or journalism.
