Pomodoro Challenge

We all have many challenges in our life and we try to fulfill that challenges but sometimes we become lazy and distractions disturb our concentration. We can’t concentrate due to social media like face book, twitter,whats app etc. to overcome our this problem there is a technique which is called pomodoro techniques. Pomodoro is a word which means tomato. So technique is to set the alarm of 25 minutes give that 25 minutes to your work then take 5 minutes break. Complete as it is at least four times after four times take the break of 15–25 minutes.

I apply this technique in my life. I select a book which I was reading again because I want to know that what is the effective way to read it. I set the timing according to pomodoro technique and I was surprised because when I was read that book first time I take the whole week but now I complete my book just in two days. In start it was challenging for me because I am little bit lazy but I concentrate on my task and get a very good result and I focused that now I will use this technique also in my university work. My experience was very good in pomodoro technique.

So the conclusion is don’t be lazy we all can do anything if we want to do. Don’t afraid from challenges, face them and make your plans and beat the challenge which you are facing.
