Sorry, but I am confused. Or I think I am confused and maybe as the day progresses, I will come around to this concept of minimalism vs detachment.

So one is on his own, doesn’t have an assurance of where you will sleep at night, doesn’t have to bring up the kids, doesn’t have to report to work, doesn’t need to ensure that there are any household obligations.

Please don’t take this as a judgement. I am not entitled to one. But what you are saying, at some level, seems delightfully free spirited and beautiful, however at another point, just appears like a really easy way out from a lot of responsibility.
