On setting team’s agenda

A leader must set agenda for her team. Agenda is clearly defined result entire team must achieve for its survival and, or, growth and activities each team member takes to achieve them. Therefore an effective agenda takes into account accurately what needs to be achieved, what the team has to achieve them, what really is needed to achieve them, and how it can use its resources or create new resources to achieve them.
