Wow — so, the upshot of this rejoinder is that women make BETTER ENGINEERS. So (and I am very serious here) — is THIS a sexist statement? The author says he could never assign women to work on the original author’s team — but, couldn’t the EXACT same thing be said about him, that his superiors can no no longer assign men to his team, because he’s made biased statements about the superiority of women? Or, is it that misogyny is not OK but misandry is fine? If the original author was ‘sexist’, by the very same criteria that the second author has offered, he is sexist as well.
