A few years ago I was scammed during a babysitting gig in New Jersey. I was promised a lot of money upfront and then when the check came through, it was shredded by my bank. “Not tu pedo”, they said.

It’s called flaking. It goes something like this.

You tell someone that you’re to meet them somewhere. You get the props right( I mean the distance, time & the limits).
You don’t show up.
