When You Are Depressed, Make Something.
Lawrence Yeo

I’m giving you a heart for your authenticity and positivity. However, few people suffering from depression can rely on a network of loved ones and generous friends giving out coupons to free classes. It takes a stronger kind of steel to make it out of the depths on your own.

Extra points: read The Depressed Person (short story) by David Foster Wallace for more about how the monkey in your head sometimes prevents you from getting help, even from individuals who are in a positition to provide it.
