Mythbusting superfoods: How marketing obscures science when it comes to what we eat
ABC News

Such a reactionary way to think, protesting against this and that. Every bowl of berries (acai or not) eaten is better than another bowl of breakfast cereal. Singling out “superfoods” as being over-marketed hype is a bit of a straw man as it’s no less mendacious than reading “X is part of a healthy, balanced breakfast” on a label.

Eating healthier IS more expensive, primarily because you’ve got to spend resources on educating yourself first. It’s always cheaper to just shut up and eat what Big Food gives ya.
