Practicing Happiness to Boost Your Success:

Our happiness depends upon our success. If we are internally satisfied we will automatically be happy. If we are not satisfied we will not be happy at any cost. Try to be positive. Our actions depend upon our thoughts. It is a saying:

“We never live a positive life with a negative mind”

So, it’s true that if a person has a negative mind he/she cannot live a positive life. Here, I am going to tell you about my personal story.

Depression Period:

It was about time when I was doing Fsc. I was a hardworking and passionate student. Unfortunately, I didn’t get admission in medical in my first attempt and I had to spend an extra year of hard work to reserve a seat in medical college.That year was too much pathetic for me. At that time I was fighting with myself, negative thoughts surrounded my mind. I blamed myself ,cursed my luck.I considered myself unlucky. My fellows started their graduation and there I was at home studying the same things again.

Takeaways:

Despite fighting a battle inside me I learnt many things. I learn that if I want to be happy I will happy. If I want to be sad than I will remain sad. So, it’s up to me. At that time I realize I will be happy if I think all the positive and good things life give to me. Life gave me many things on which I will be very grateful. Ups and downs are a part of life.

Happiest Period:

After that period, I become a new person with a new mindset. By the grace of Allah I got admission in Allama Iqbal Medical College. I was a bit confused to change my field but with the passage of time I managed myself. Now, I am happy and satisfied from my life. But one thing I want to say is life is unpredictable. If you want to be happy stay positive and optimistic.

1. Gratitude
It’s also been a great way to increase my feelings of gratitude — often for everyday things, like a great coffee to start the day or encouragement from family or friends.

2. Random Acts of Kindness.

By practicing these tips I felt quite relaxed and happy. I felt internal happiness by showing gratitude to my loved ones. As our loved ones do many things for us but sometimes we feel shy to express our feelings but by using these tips I practiced gratitude literally . I was glad and I have no words to describe my feelings.

By practicing Random Acts of Kindness the feeling of happiness which arises inside our just speechless. I enjoyed a lot by practicing these tips and feel very relax, comfortable, happy, positive and optimistic.
