2. Clear your head of all distractions.

3. Simplify your life.

4. Give more while lowering your expectations.

5. Aim for modest goals and increase your giving.

6. To be a solution rather than a problem in this world, learn to love more and shrug off dirt.

Happiness needs to be nurtured; it won’t just happen. Your happiness is solely dependent on your actions and their results.
