Keep calm, make your impression

Firstly I want to tell you about my story while doing some of the breathing exercises to keep me calm and to refresh my mind. Actually I didn’t get any place in my house to get realx for 10min lonely. When I was in my room my sisters use to came for their books, clothes or just to see what I am doing. If I went to mama’s room my little sisters and brothers were there saying what are you doing we also do it with you and I was like what I am just going to be irritate instead to being relax. Then i finally find 10min to relax alone at night.

I do equal Breathing, Abdominal breathing and alternate nostril breathing and guided visualization. I oftenly use equal breathing and guided visualization when I am feeling nervous or sad. Before reading a proper article I just assume these are just some techniques but now I get that these are very useful excercises.

These are the best excercises one can do before any exam or interview to overcome his nervousness. Even I use to take deep breaths bu counting (equal breathing) in exam time when I really feel nervous. Whenever I feel sad I use to remember the positive things by nagating the negative one (guided visualization) and it really works.

I want to continue this habbit as far as I can because already told you about my house story.
