READ THE INSTRUCTIONS HERE FIRST FOR SERIES 1
When you learn the individual exercises and feel you are ready for the EXERCISE ALONG WITH ME SERIES, start the routine.
Do the routine in this format:
50 Repetitions — 2 weeks — Series 1, Level 1 — http://youtu.be/0t4bWf18VE8
100 Repetitions — 2 weeks — Series 1, Level 2 — http://youtu.be/yvJkC7ks-kk
150 Repetitions — 2 weeks — Series 1, Level 3 — http://youtu.be/cm7dTz5upZs
NOTE: Some people cannot do Level 3, 150 Repetitions — in that case, do Level 1, 50 Repetitions for 3 weeks and Level 2, 100 Repetitions for 3 weeks.
When you finish 6 weeks, GO TO EAWM SERIES 2, do the same routine FOR ANOTHER SIX WEEKS
WHEN YOU ARE READY READ THE INSTRUCTIONS HERE FOR SERIES 2

150 Repetitions — 2 Weeks — Series 2, Level 3 — http://youtu.be/InWUxdQhFNU
NOTE: Some people cannot do Level 3, 150 Repetitions — in that case do
Level 1, 50 Repetitions for 3 weeks; and
Level 2, 100 Repetitions for 3 weeks.
Then after 6 weeks, go back to SERIES 1 and start again from the beginning. You need to start at 50 Repetitions again, EVEN IF YOU THINK THAT YOU DO NOT NEED TO, because it gives your muscles time to rest again, as it is in the resting of the muscles that allows them to firm and strengthen. If you do not do this, the programme fails and you will not get the results you are looking for.
THEN, alternate the routines for a few months or change them to the new EAWM Series on offer.
The EAWM routines cover all the muscle groups over time, so dont change the routine, as there will be other exercises in new routines to cover danger areas.
