Note taking Apps to make Daily Work easier
Evernote is one of the most liked note taking apps which is available for a wide range of platforms, including iOS, Android, Windows Phone, Mac and PC . It lets you dictate or manually enter notes, you can create to-do-lists and many more. The app got a great feature which i like is it got text identification feature which can easily recognize and index printed — and even hand written text. This helps a user to search for any specific words, it may be a PDF, typed memo scrawled on a paper.
OneNote which is a part of the Microsoft Office suite is 2nd in our list. Basically, One note is designed around notebooks and note section which keeps your things or notes organized and easily available. Each note in OneNote gives the user the feel of a paper note. The thing I liked in One Note is you can click anywhere and start typing right there as well it allows you to add audio, sketches, and videos in your notes. you can drag images, file attachments, add notes, highlights, to- do list etc on your page.
Google keep is the 3rd app app in our list and it’s available for iOS, Android and web. The App is stripped down as compared to Evernote and OneNote but its enough to keep you efficient.User can write new notes on digital sticky-notes, and then can be previewied without having to open each note.It provides users a feature which is “Copy to Google Doc” using which you can turn any note into an editable Google Doc. There’s a feature in which Google keep’s location remainder by which it refreshes your memory when you are in a certain area.
Google Keep’s most useful feature, though, is audio transcription. When you record your thoughts with Keep’s audio recorder in its mobile apps, Google transcribes the text and records the audio. You’ll never need to transcribe a conversation again.
Download it for FREE (Android, iOS)
Zoho notebook apps features at 4th in our list you can access this app on iOS, Android, Web. It got a gorgeous outlook with a simple interface and a visual organization system that gives you freedom to choose covers for your various notebooks. It offers its user’s different note types for text, checklists, audio and photos or else you can add all this into a single note and even format your text as you like. However, if you just want a free app that syncs across your mobile devices and keeps things simple, you could do a whole lot worse than Notebook.
Now, you don’t need to remember huge lists, dates etc you can easily use any of the above mentioned apps and make your work easier and faster without any problem. If you are using any app which you think is best for you. You can let us know about it and others by mentioning it in comments.
