Recently, I read a book on non-fiction writing — “On Writing Well: The Classic Guide to Writing Nonfiction” by William Zinsser. There is a striking similarity in designing and writing, as both seek to engage the user and the reader alike.
I think “Time to Market” and not the social feed feature has given edge to Venmo. In fact, I personally dislike the social feed but thats just me. However in the key message — importance of product strategy is indisputable.
