Pro Life or Pro Choice? Wrong Question.

Are you angry about a misogynistic society? Men hating women, anti women culture in a sense? On a surface level, it is visual aspects of media and society — television, commentary, this that — which fuel this imbalance and double standards.

If you can handle the truth though -

The reason for misogyny in our culture is narcissists bred by… women. ‘Bad’ mothers. Unsupported mothers. Unready mothers? Mothers who gave birth to children before their own needs were fulfilled. But do needs ever get fulfilled? The learning curve or ‘maturity’ that comes with being a mother doesn’t happen. They still largely seek external validation — of their looks, their parenting, their identities. Post selfies and a general image of ‘still young and hot’. The ‘hot mom’ selfie with the child in the background. Possibly due to an estranged situation with the child’s father and the hopeless dating scene, she feels doubly worthless. Anyway, you obviously have less than fit mothers and many, if not all, go on to neglect their children or use them as Narcissistic Supply causing irreparable damage to their kids and breeding more narcs → misogynists.

This ties in with birth control. Instead of public discourse on yes or no to pills and contraception, can we have more talk on damaged values and a more stable family system? Sure a woman’s body is her right but that’s the most minor issue in this situation of life. Yes or no to keeping a child, can we make sure men and women read THIS memo about responsibility?

Because right now, everyone is just lowering their standards and the ones suffering the most unfortunately have no say.
