When you stop and really think about someone who has never even tried to write down a little rhyme, it’s scary! How do they know what they think, what they believe? Writing is a therapeutic process that actually helps one sort through the chaos of the world, in my opinion. I cannot imagine what my life would be like if I had not started that diary when I was a pre-teen. (Still have not finished a book though.)
