The SAP Next-Gen program connects educational institutions, the startup ecosystem, and purpose driven partners and institutions to The Female Quotient and its FQ Lounges on Campus, which offer the next generation of leaders a community in which they can collaborate and connect, setting a strong foundation for them to thrive in their future careers and create meaningful change in the workplace.

The FQ Lounge on Campus program is a unique experience for college women looking for guidance and mentorship to cultivate the career they want. The global network and safe spaces provide unplugged conversations, coaching, mentorship and recruiting for the next generation of female leaders. More than 40+ established global lounges offer students customized activations to create authentic relationships and experiences. Many of the FQ Lounges on Campus are located at universities in the global SAP Next-Gen network of 3,700+ educational institutions in 116 countries.

The FQ Lounge on Campus transcends the physical space it occupies on a university campus. It represents a broader movement of equality, diversity, and inclusion that provides a space for connection, collaboration, and activation. The FQ Lounge at University of Southern California inspires a community of equality activists to work on campus and beyond to increase gender equity and parity in business schools, boardrooms, C-suites and more.

A recent Forbes article highlighted that the USC Marshall School of Business (home to The FQ Lounge) recently became the first top MBA program in the United States to achieve gender parity. As reported by Forbes, the incoming class of 2020 will include 52% females. Compare this to an average incoming class of 38% females across all full-time MBA programs. USC also spearheaded Everyone’s Business Global Case Competition (EBGCC),the first global MBA case competition dedicated to finding substantial solutions to address gender equity in the workplace. The case competition leveraged a pay-it-forward prize model, giving winning teams scholarships to further invest in their futures.

Ann Rosenberg, senior vice president & global head of SAP Next-Gen spoke on a panel, “School & the Side Hustle — Growing Your Business Over Summer Break” at The FQ Lounge at USC on April 26thalongside Maxine Marcus, President of The FQ Lounge @ USC and Founder, The Ambassadors Company; Juliana Pires Johnson, Founder + President, Lion VIP Relations; Chelsea LaFerla, Founder, Petitas; and Heather Logan, Strategic Partnerships Lead, The Female Quotient. A women in business networking event followed the engaging panel conversation.

SAP Next-Gen announced a global gender agenda at Davos earlier this year and continues to support this initiative through its partnership with The Female Quotient and its FQ Lounge on Campus program.
