The Home We Seek

How long has it been? That endless journey really has no ends. They cry over the same thing called love. They fight a lot in the name of it. They even die for it. What are they looking for actually? Happiness? How could they find it when they say love but they never give? They only take, take everything they demand.

No matter what you do, I’ll always come back to you.

But they keep breaking those unspoken promises. How could they go back then? They’re too dumb to realise that they might be never meant to be.

Yes, he’s been too stupid to wake up from the magic of his expectations. He has known the secrets she’s been keeping. Still, he’s chosen to keep living in the grieve while hoping she would change her mind. He thought she has changed until he found himself has been changing gradually.

Do you cry for me or your ego?

Yes, she’s been clever enough to wake up from that fairy tale. She’d realised in the first place.

He’s not who my mom is looking for. We’ll never be together.

Still, she keeps wishing that he is. She consciously puts a big hope in him and forgets what she had realised before. She’s been changing day by day until she gets sick knowing that he cannot be.

You waste my tears for nothing! You’ll never change! You can’t even understand me!

Where will they go? Up or down? Straight or back? Right or left? It’s up to them. Once again, they just need to listen. It’s hard but what else they can do? Any better ideas?

Love is about us, not just you nor me.
