Pink All The Way

You look pretty in pink
Sitting across the room, you caught my view,
My eyes, they fix on you.

Not the first time, I’ve gazed your way,
But in that pink gradient shirt, I paused today.

A world in motion, yet I stood still,
“Pretty in pink,” was all I could feel.

As your cheeks adorned a rosy hue,
I knew my opinion of the color pink changed.

“You don’t look pretty in pink,” I say,
“Pink looks pretty on you,”
