Failure is not the alternative to success. It’s something to be avoided, but it’s also only a temporary setback on a bigger, more significant course. What truly matters is how you react to and learn from that failure.

If at first you don’t succeed, you’ll know you’re aiming high enough.

The simple truth is if you haven’t failed you haven’t tried hard enough or risked enough in your pursuit of achievement. You have not dreamed the dream or pursued ascertainment of the unthinkable. Only when you do this do you open yourself up to the possibility of dramatic and unprecedented success. If you haven’t failed you haven’t really lived. Failure is the badge of honor I wear visibly as scars on my skin and invisibly in my heart every single day. It is what has inspired my evolution to become who I am today and is the kindling which ensures the unmerciful fire burning within implores me to unmercifully hunt success, progress and attainment of every single goal I have ever set.

You don’t just have to take my word for it:

Bill Gates: Gates wasn’t a guarantee of success after dropping out of university and starting a failed first business with Microsoft co-founder Paul Allen called Traf-O-Data. While this early idea didn’t work, Gates’ later work did and with what he learned from failure leading to the creation of the global empire that is Microsoft.

In the upper section I just explained about failure I do that because I thought its a biggest part of our lives. Not a single person hide their failure or they can say we have no failure in our life , No, its not possible. In the above I’m giving the example of Bill Gates just because never lose your hopes, try try again and you will get your goal.

I am telling you all just because of motivation… You surprised that I have no fear problem to going to HR manager, instead I was really happy to meet with them that was really good experience.

I meet with Sir Naveed and told him about my self , and also asked some questions about their experience in PHA. He was very kind and polite person by their self and it was my first experience , meeting with HR. He guide to me in every task of job and also give me some suggestion about job and about company. And in every talk I learned something new about my field about passion as well as about company. I seemed that I don’t be expected from them.

While leaving the room I just take permission of drooping the Resume and cover letter, Sir said why not…! I just dropped it and said to them thank you for their time, I just have an good impression about HR’s.
